About Carol

Hi, I’m Carol...

A passionate Nutritional Therapist dedicated to helping clients uncover the root cause of their health challenges – not just treating the symptoms. My goal is to support clients in making lasting, meaningful improvements that restore a sense of well-being and vitality.

I’ve been there myself, looking for answers on my personal health journey with joint pain; issues that started after the birth of my kids, but continued to ebb and flow throughout different stages of life. I started to make the connection between certain foods and my own physical health. Despite maintaining an active lifestyle, I noticed certain triggers that exacerbated my discomfort and since I didn’t want to take medication to mask symptoms; I experimented with my diet looking for answers. This first-hand experience reinforced my commitment to exploring how nutrition influences our body’s function and healing processes.

Our bodies are always communicating with us. Whether it’s chronic pain, fatigue, bloating, or brain-fog, these symptoms are signals- not nuisances to be silenced but clues to be understood. This belief led me to pursue a career in nutritional therapy where the central question is always, “Why is this happening in my body?”. I was drawn to this field because it aligns with my conviction that disease doesn’t occur spontaneously; it’s often the result of an imbalance to the body’s internal environment that can be addressed through thoughtful, holistic care and change in diet and lifestyle.

Having trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at the highly respected College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and Edinburgh, I’m confident in helping you navigate your health journey in order to reach your goals and to create lasting improvements to your physical and mental wellbeing.

How we can work together!

I believe that every person is unique, with their own story to tell- and I’m here to listen, without judgement. My goal is to empower you with science-backed, up-to date knowledge so you can feel your best using a holistic approach to achieve sustainable results.

In my former professional life, working as an architect, I understood the importance of building a strong and stable foundation on which everything else rests and depends. The same goes for your health; building solid habits is the key to lasting wellbeing.  Skipping this step or cutting corners can lead to cracks down the line.

Once these basics are in place, you can build on them, layering on more specific goals - like boosting energy, improving digestion, managing stress or a chronic condition. But none of that holds up without building a strong base.

Through personalised nutrition, functional testing, and lifestyle support, I will work with you to restore balance, rebuild resilience and empower you with the tools to thrive – not just survive.

What does a Nutritional Therapist do?

  • Assess overall health: They review your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and sometimes lab tests.

  • Identify imbalances: They look for potential nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, or other factors contributing to your symptoms.

  • Create tailored plans: They design customised nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness—not quick fixes.

  • Educate & empower: They help you understand your body and build healthy habits that fit your life and goals.

  • Support chronic conditions: They often work with clients dealing with gut health issues, fatigue, stress, hormonal imbalances, weight concerns, skin conditions, and more.

Nutritional therapy is rooted in functional medicine principles, which focus on treating the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.

Nutritional Therapy uses food and lifestyle changes to support your body’s natural healing processes. By looking at the root causes of symptoms—not just the surface—we create a personalised plan to help you feel your best. Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, digestion, hormones, or general wellness, it’s all about finding what works for you.
